Mincron Distribution & Warehouse System
For the day-to-day operation of N.B. Handy, we use a computer software application produced by Mincron Software Systems. Referred to as simply “Mincron”, this application is used by Sales, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, the Credit department, and inventory control functions such as Order Entry, Receiving and as one of two systems for Procurement (the other being the “E3” system used by the Purchasing Department). In essence, Mincron is the primary way the company controls the flow of inventory from purchasing and receiving, to order entry and shipping (WMS), to billing and payment.
