What is Action Selling?
Action Selling training and certification is designed to help drive sales success through a higher level of professionalism. The program teaches a proactive “process” for planning, conducting, closing and following up on a sale. Action Selling demonstrates how effective selling skills drive the sales interaction from discussion to commitment. It provides practical, actionable information and tools to use in a selling environment.
The training program consists of four (4) sections, each section is important to help ensure the newly developed skills become an integrated part of daily activities.
- Phase 1 - Online Selling Skill Development Objectives and Selling Skills Benchmark Assessment.
- Phase 2 - Two-day Workshop/Training
- Phase 3 - Reinforcement Skill Drills
- Phase 4 - Certification
All Account Managers and General Managers are required to complete this training and become certified. Talk to your manager to determine when you should attend and contact Breck Berkey or Jordan McLaughlin to coordinate your registration.
